Crystal Fragments

February 2012

Crystal Fragments was an installation created specifically for the Marsh Gallery at Herron School of Art and Design as part of the graduate and senior printmaking student show Delicate Disasters and Major Malfunctions.

The installation consists of 79 hanging paper forms, beginning in the bay window of the gallery and flowing up to the center of the gallery towards the ceiling. Six different paper forms were designed and each form is covered in several screen printed layers of three different hand drawn patterns with metallic and translucent inks.
